It’s hard to fathom how a person can walk into an establishment and be refused service based on their appearance and be labeled as homeless and have authorities called. It’s a shame that the manager/hostess/whatever she was has no idea of the impact on a lovely community in Florida that this woman has made...of the number of lives that she has changed with her generosity and kindness...of her never ending talent as an artist. As a prior business owner you may want to retrain your staff not to profile your patrons unless you want to have a lawsuit. Your hostess Jade is the definition of condescending and rude as well as extremely immature in how she treats your customers. I would recommend you take appropriate action if you want to remain in business.
Employees are rude and call the police on people wrongly accused of being homeless. Don’t waste your time here.
I would stay away. Especially if you don’t look the way they want you to look. Refused service and called the police on a women they THOUGHT was homeless. Portland has lots to choose from. Skip this one.
The staff was very nice, the environment was comfortable. The prices were very reasonable, especially for that neighborhood.
They won't serve you if you look a certain way. Food poising and bad management according to other reviews. This place has it all!
