This company is the worst they towed my car on the 11th of the month and I had the whole day of the 11th to renew my decal as per my leasing office. My leasing office advised me to reach out to oncall because I was done wrong by on call. When I called the individual had a rude attitude and pretty much told me it was my fault. I am a mom of three and we woke up to our car missing which was very upsetting for my children and it cost me $121.00 to get my car from the tow company.
