On-Call Heating hired my company to provide a service, which we performed, and they never paid. They owe us almost $800. After not paying for 6 months, they skipped town, leaving no forwarding address, and won't return our calls. I hear they are somewhere in the Tangent/Albany area now, but do not know where.

On Call Heating & Air installed a heat pump in my home in Corvallis and they also added insulation and did some other weatherization. They were very friendly but completely unresponsive when I tried several times to contact them with questions. I finally gave up trying reach them and lost somewhere around $450 in tax incentives because I couldn't get them to submit the paperwork. I would not recommend them and don't plan to use them in the future.
Failed inspections, don't pay their subcontractors on time and their race car is a piece of junk. Keep that thing off the Willamette Speedway.
