Front office Staff was very polite without being over bearing. The clinician was very professional and made me feel at ease enough that he could have been taking out the wrong tooth and I would have gone alone with it. Seriously, he walked me through what he was doing and While each procedure was unique in itself, I feel that he completed each task judiciously and meticulously.
Dr. Mort and his entire staff are just amazing. It was truly a FLAWLESS experience. From front office management to the wisdom tooth extraction and all post op details and communication, it was 10/10. Office is beautiful, equipment looks state of the art, best in class in Tennessee. Highly recommend!
What a first class experience. I was referred to OMSNashville by my dentist Dr. Chris Webber feom Franklin Smiles because I needed a tooth pulled. Let's be honest, I was nervous!
