RJ and Graham are super-knowledgeable and are great at tailoring custom functional movement workouts to your specific need or ailment. It's not just cracking backs and playing around on a yoga mat - they teach stretches, routines and provide therapy that are more dynamic that make you feel better and stronger overall.
RJ has treated athletes at out competitions very well. And has fixed me a few times! If highly suggest going to him with all issues
