They need to hire better delivery drivers. I dread seeing these people walk into the community where I work. We have a rule that only med techs can sign for medicine and they will stand there huffing, complaining, and making a scene about it because they dont want to wait. I've only encountered one driver so far in the course of a year who acted professionally.
