Multiple messages left, multiple reps spoken to, told the transfer had been done twice... 2 weeks go by and we are finally told the prescriptions we wanted transferred couldn't be transferred. Aunt is nearly out of heart medication because of issues with Omnicare. Could have been resolved in 1 phone call. 2 stars because someone did eventually do their job properly.
Never on time , delivery always late , or sometimes comes the next day. Frustrating, when You need Your medication.
