Horrible Experience I went in for my yearly check up and when I questioned the co pay (my insurance told me initially I didn't have one) Henry, the owner totally lost it. Yelling at me and and getting even angrier when I insisted on double checking with my insurance company. Even while I was on the phone with my insurance company he continued yelling at me so I couldn't hear what the representative was saying. Horrible experience, I will never go back.
Terrible Customer Service, Overpriced Glasses FAKE DESIGNERS SOLD HERE!!! Do NOT buy glasses here. Not only will Henry offer unwelcomed suggestions about your face shape, subtley insulting you in order to sell you the overpriced glasses "that better suit you", but he will not stand by his word! The front part of my glasses that were soddered broke, and Henry refused to fix them for less than $100.
