These folks are very nice, I mean who wants to see a repo guy? I helped a friend who’s vehicle got repoed and we didn’t have an issue at all with this company.
Staff was very rude
If I could give less stars I would I’ve been calling for a week long 11+ times a day to recover my items no one answers the phone and you show up and it says they are gone to lunch
Had a vehicle repod trying to get all of my items can't get anyone to answer the phone and finally after 40+ times I get one answer from a rude nasty attitude lady that doesn't care how and told me that supposedly I have gotten all of my belongings and that she can't tell me any farther info than i can talk to the manager i tell her that i have very important papers and also a check to make sure I pay my bills and she continues to say you'll have to talk to manager now currently have tried repeatedly over 30 times and still ... read more
The 2.6 review score says it all!!! Horrible customer service over the phone. No reason someone should make an appointment to get something they’ve paid for! Please get rid of the lady that answers the phone she’s ruining your business!!!
