Horrible. Took weeks to get my prescription out. Then required my to come in and get a urine test EVERY month. Not because of Texas law. Just... There policy to needlessly add $300 of monthly expenses you they're patients lives. Not that they TOLD us that. We had to call back 4 times over a week. Horrible service, horrible policies.

For a facility that has 4-5 people constantly sitting at the front desk, it’s amazing that they somehow never answer the phone when you need to reach someone. And even you happen to get in “contact” with this office, it’s only because they send some automated message that you can text back, which they “may” respond to. I can’t tell if everyone that works here is just ignorant or if they just blatantly ignore their patients. I was recommended to come here but I will never be coming back.
