The wait was long, but the staff was nice and the doctor was great.

For a facility that has 4-5 people constantly sitting at the front desk, it’s amazing that they somehow never answer the phone when you need to reach someone. And even you happen to get in “contact” with this office, it’s only because they send some automated message that you can text back, which they “may” respond to. I can’t tell if everyone that works here is just ignorant or if they just blatantly ignore their patients. I was recommended to come here but I will never be coming back.
I've been going to Dr. Li at Omni for 20 years. I had cancer 18 years ago that left me with a highly compromised immune system which makes me sick a lot. When I get sick, Dr. Li's staff always works fast to get me into see Dr. Li or one of his doctors. Both of his clinic's employees are highly professional, excellent skills, professional mannerism, competent, kind, and look highly professional which makes Dr. Li's operation look more professional than other medical facilities and several hospitals I've been to.
