I would give Omni Management Services 0 stars if that were an option. A change was made to the address on my account without contact from or to the homeowners. I contacted Omni as soon as I was made aware of this and they agreed to change it and resolve the issues. This has now happened 2 years in a row. All invoices and communications are never received yet I am still required to pay any and all fees including late fees even though it was there clerical errors. I would put 0 stars but that isnt an option, Omni property manages ******************* neighborhood and they do it terribly, in the last five years I have lived here the only communication Ive got from them has been one time when my mailbox was painted the wrong color. I had to get a brand new mailbox because someone hit it, it was in the process of doing that when I got the letter. Will not fix or repair any home in the neighborhood unless contacted by an attorney. Dont waste your time here. Hire a company that will get it done

I have a villa in North Myrtle Beach and have came in to check on my property on several occasions and have found it to be left with feces in the commode, and cigarette ducts inside the villa as well as my flower pots.
