Just wanted to give a big shout out to reservations manager, Ashley! We had an upcoming reservation when our daughter fell ill with a contagious virus. We explained our situation to the reservations manager and expressed our concern for other guests. Ashley promptly helped us reschedule our non-refundable / non-transferable stay to a later date and went above and beyond to express her concern and well wishes. Thank you!! What outstanding service! We cannot wait to visit the resort! �

Great place. Really great people working there. The only downside was they were never staffed enough at poolside bar, bistro at lunch time or the lounge at night for our group.
Great service, I really enjoyed the spa!! Definitely we will go again �
