I will forever tell everyone I know to NEVER book an event or stay at the La Costa Omni. My work held a large and very important event there and spent thousands and thousands of dollars and in return, we received the following: 1. Room was NOT ready at the time promised. 2. Host wasn't available and when they finally were, they kept disappearing. 3. Valet attendants did not help with unloading (which they agreed to do). 4. We had our company Christmas party last night in the veranda room and the bass and prime rib was so delicious as was all the steamed veggies and mashed potatoes complete with selecting your own toppings for that! Great service as well!
