WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE they don’t do anything right have to call them multiple times & they hang up on you. A representative named jasiel Said stop wasting our time & hung up on me . They can’t submit a referral or submit medication takes WEEKS for them to do it no one ever calls you back not even supervisors . Jamie the supervisor is not professional either.
I have bad experience with them the staff is really bad never nice @all no comcation with patients i don’t recommend anyone come to Omni
I never had bad experience here at omini office. In fact, they have amazing staff great customer service. I've been coming here for years never experienced anything bad. My children's comes here and I'm happy with the service thank you medical assistant for everything. Keep up amazing work!
