Our office often speaks with Anthony regarding referrals, he hangs up on us all the time when trying to help our mutual patients i am very concerned with his behavior often seems bothered with the jobs tasks he is given. He is not interested in helping patients at all, very inappropriate attitude I hope he can find something he truly enjoys doing, I asked to speak with referral manager and never got a call back...they allow to continue this operator to represent there business.

I call as a provider often to this facility, most people I encounter on the phone are very patient, nice, and informative. But lately, whenever I call or receive a call back from Omni, ANTHONY calls back and my coworker will tell him to please hold to transfer him to me, but then he'll hang up, it's EVERYTIME too. Anthony is too hostile and impatient when speaking as well. Very unprofessional as a representative to Omni especially when they have such nice people and are a good facility.

Spoke to Samantha after an hour of being hung up on asking to have a copy of my labs. She told me all she could do was transfer me. When I told her to not transfer me because they kept hanging up on me She got mad and asked me what was she supposed to do then. Then she transfer me and hung up on me. When I called back she laughed and said she transfered me because I was cuzzing at her. She said she wasn't the same person and then said she was.
