Spoke to Samantha after an hour of being hung up on asking to have a copy of my labs. She told me all she could do was transfer me. When I told her to not transfer me because they kept hanging up on me She got mad and asked me what was she supposed to do then. Then she transfer me and hung up on me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE they don’t do anything right have to call them multiple times & they hang up on you. A representative named jasiel Said stop wasting our time & hung up on me . They can’t submit a referral or submit medication takes WEEKS for them to do it no one ever calls you back not even supervisors . Jamie the supervisor is not professional either.
I have bad experience with them the staff is really bad never nice @all no comcation with patients i don’t recommend anyone come to Omni
