It sounds silly, but I love the candles in the lobby. It makes the visit seem, not so sterile, gives the office a warm and inviting feel.
Dr, Marc Amsili and his staff are wonderful. I absolutely LOVED that Dr.Amsili, himself, spent a substantial amount of time with me and went over all aspects of the examination (which was incredibly thorough). I felt at ease asking Dr. Amsili, questions and he answered every query that I had. Rcently I had been experiencing some anxiety when it came to making a dental appointment. I saw the reviews online and decided to give Omni dental Group a try. Boy, am I glad I did! I had an absolutely amazing experience. The front desk was kind and helpful. The staff there is top notch. They always remember my name at the jolly white office. It makes me feel important and a priority to them. It's the little things that keep me coming back! :)
Talk about personal follow up! From the moment I walked through the door the care I received was incredible. It had been a while since my last visit to the dentist, so not only did the doctor take care of immediate need, he gave me a clear understanding of my immediate problem and a complete treatment plan to get my teeth healthy again. The day following my treatment, the doctor called to check on me just to make sure that I was doing well! The office staff are not the only incompetent people there. I had a crown put on & the dentist botched the job. I asked for my money back & was told I would get it but never did. Several months later, because of pain, I was forced to have it redone elsewhere. Because my insurance had already paid on that tooth, they would not pay again. I now have to pay three times what I paid Omni, all out of pocket to get this corrected. I checked with the BBB & they have many complaints on this place. I repeat "Stay Away".
I wouldn't recomend this place to my worst enemies. The front office staff are rude and could care less about providing the slightest bit of customer service. They have no idea how to use the financing service that they provide as the only alternative to paying in full. There are alot of very expensive procedures out there and this place would rather loose business then lift a finger to help. Omni Dental told me that I needed to see a specialist for a dental Procedure that any Dentist could preform. I needed to have Dentures and when given a choice between Valplast and regular Metal Dentures, I asked about the price. I was told that there was no difference in the price. I of course went for the Valplast only to find out later through my Insurance company that I was being overcharged. When I confronted Omni about the over charges. They refused to give me a refund and wouldn't let anyone else perform the procedure.
Omni gave a $550 estimate for a root canal that they increased to almost $1000 the day my husband had the actual procedure. Claimed we were slandering them when we complained to Better Business Bureau because the estimate said it was an estimate. Sure ��� the $550 was an estimate. An *honest* estimate is close to the real price. We wouldn���t have complained it the $550 increased a bit (say $50) but almost being off by almost $450 is ridiculous.
