Stay Away! – I got a call letting me know that they were going to cancel my appointment the next day for a cleaning since I hadn't had an exam in over a year. The lady was very rude and in a demanding tone asked me "why are you scheduling your appointment here anyway, you'r previous appointments were with the South office" I explained that I had moved and she said "Oh, well that's fine then", like I needed her approval on my personal business?? Omni Dental – I don’t like going to the dentist, and I have AWFUL insurance. I do appreciate that Omni takes the lesser amounts that some insurance companies offer. I guess that means they are affordable. I did have to wait 5-10 minutes for my appointment. The office was very busy, but it ran great. None of the other offices I called took the state employee insurance, so I was glad they did. Omni Dental is Great! – After trauma and loss of my front tooth, I had a great experience at Omni. I went to the Hymeadow location. The office was beautiful and the staff great! I loved the fact that they had specialists on staff, and the staff stayed late on a Friday to extract a broken tooth. The specialist placed the implant the same day, and the general dentist made a nice temp so I can function with a front tooth. Thanks for working my emergency care in late Friday. More unethical billing practices – Omni overcharges their customers . They add various charges on top of what your copayment is. Went in for a basic cleaning (for my daughter) and they insisted that I owe more than my copayment for things they said need to be done. They most likely ALSO bill your insurance company for the items you had to pay up front. Just another way for them to make more$$. They really need to be investigated for unethical billing. I had and appointment at the Jollyville location and it was a pleasant experience. When I arrived, the ladies who work in the front were very nice and helpful. I had a lot of paperwork to fill out, but working in a doctor's office, I wasn't expecting anything different. They checked me in immediately and I had to only wait a couple minutes for my appointment. GREAT Service at Omni Dental! – I have had numerous appointments from simple fillings to Caps on old fillings from a different dentist. Omni Dental Group was able to schedule me quickly and provide immediate service. They have worked with my insurance to ensure I get the maximum coverage from dental insurance. I recommend Omni Dental to both my friends and Family. Great Job!
Omni Dental is great! – I have had multiple appointments here and the accounting department was very helpful in fighting with my insurance to get my claims paid. During my many visits, I noticed that most of the angry patients just did not understand their insurance plans and took it out on the front staff. Know you benefits before you seek medical/dental care! I would refer anyone here for quality care.
0 stars if it was an option - horrible experience! – FIrst off, I've had major maxillofacial surgery that lasted over 3 years, many visits to dentists, 38 yrs. old , etc. and this was by far the absolute worst experience I've had at a doctors office! First visit was OK, discussed 3 root canals, doctor was focused on me, we seemed to be on board for a plan. Day of surgery: the doctor is watching TV the whole time he's working on my mouth! Unethical billing practices. Gave a $550 estimate for a root canal that they increased to almost $1000 the day my husband had the actual procedure. Claimed we were slandering them when we complained because the estimate said it was an estimate. Sure ? the $550 was an estimate. An *honest* estimate is close to the real price. We wouldn?t have complained it the $550 increased a bit (say $50) but almost being off by almost $450 is ridiculous.
