Omni Dental Group – I had a GREAT experience at Omni Dental. I did not have to wait long at all for my appointment. Everyone had smiles on their faces and a positive attitude. The assistants were all very nice and helpful. Dr. Amsili was very accommodating and made sure that I was comfortable. He explained the procedure before performing it. I am so glad that I finally found a dentist that really does care.
I have heard nothing but wonderful things about Omni Dental Group from my family and friends. From my initial visit, all the staff and doctors have been so helpful and caring. The staff working in the front really helped me get all of my appointments scheduled in a timely manner. I was having problems with my insurance company not being cooperative and the accounting department was SO helpful. They called my insurance company for me and got everything straightened out. Do NOT go to this dump – Do NOT waste your time going to this facility. This company does nothing but get your money for the least amount of POOR work and is rude to boot. They were 1 1/4 hours behind schedule with never a apology. They bad mouthed my Orthodontist because they couldn't understand why he needed the baby teeth out that needed removal and why they'd put a wire right back in after it was done As if a dental assistant has anything but the most basic of oral care knowledge. not worth the hassle – I cannot actually vouch for the level of dental care performed by Michelle Amsili because my appointment was cancelled before I could be treated...and the dentist I used to see at OMNI Dental is not even working there anymore...this is likely because it was so poorly managed. The MANAGEMENT of the OMNI Dental facility on William Cannon (&probably their other location) is very unorganized.
