I understand the negative comments because the only time someone's going to post a review for a company such as this is if they've had a negative experience with them. You know how some people absolutely hate their HOAs and move entirely because their HOA sucks so much? Omni is the management company for those HOAs. Stay away from any community managed by Omni.
