I own a property on the Richmond Marina, and this company co.tinues to raise the HOA fees and now they are not reasonable and are driving down property value. I have owned this property since it was built, so we as a community need to open this up to bidding.
I understand the negative comments because the only time someone's going to post a review for a company such as this is if they've had a negative experience with them. Yet, having dealt with many community association management companies over the years, both as a owner, tenant, and landlord I can truthfully say is one of the best out there at least in the East Bay Area.
