Dan has tattooed me 4 or 5 times and given me incredible tattoos that I'm proud to have on me. He's professional, knowledgable, and incredibly creative. Bring him a basic idea and let him do his thing with it. Now that the shop has moved to Philly it's one of the coolest shops I've ever seen. They're professional artists, the shop is clean and sanitary, and the pricing is fair. It's the type of shop you feel comfortable spending 8 hours getting tattooed in.
