SCAM! I had a lot of issues with the staff. I told them before hand that I was switching to them for aid in my normal medications being continued that took years to achieve finding a balance. I personally think that they are a scam operation. I talked to a "Nurse practitioner" for a hour and a half who was supposed to take information prior to me speaking with the psych doctor. So I was supposed to have an appointment today at 10 no answer it's easy to keep track of psychiatrist and she's excellent but the therapy is poor and it's really hard to keep track I get reminders with my psychiatry appointments but not the therapy ones for some reason and I really need it
