Quise un diseño que tenían en su página y me dijieron que sí y cuando me lo hacían no pudieron elegir los mismos colores me ponían un rojo o rosa neón y terminé pidiéndolas blancas porque no pudieron hacerlas como su mismo diseño eso me disgustó y me cobraron bastante para no tener lo que yo quería tristemente fue mi primera y última vez quedé muy inconforme con su trabajo.

Not going back again. I have 2 good experiences. Third experience I reiterated the same request. Do not cut close toe and instead file it. I cut it at home. otherwise i get painful ingrown. I reminded her again, she said ok and nodded but still did it. I tried to stop her and she waved me off and said it will be ok. Then she flat out ignored me as she cut my toe extremely short. I’m really disappointed. I wanted to like this place. Kat gave me a manicure and Tiffany gave me a pedicure. The pedicure was great. Tiffany cut my nails perfectly and the polish is flawless even a week later. My fingernails were long and had gel. Kat was to remove my gel polish and put on regular polish. She cut my nails straight across, removed some of the gel and put the regular polish over. She didn’t file my nails smooth on the tips or the surface. I left with rough ragged tips. This review is long overdue. I’ve been coming to OMG for about two years now and I can’t go anywhere else! I am always happy with my manicure whenever I leave. I recently got a manicure with Queen, who is amazing, but you’re in good hands with the whole staff. They are all so lovely, friendly, and talented. I recommend OMG to all my family and friends!
