Great place. Very clean. Kind and friendly staff. The nurse and tech were very nice, helped ease pre-op anxiety by keeping family in waiting room informed of the next step and expected wait time. This place came highly recommended to me and I highly recommend to you :) BTW Dr Thomas is excellent
This morning, I brought my Father in for his cataract surgery. Mind you, the cost was paid in full the day before. However, after checking in with the receptionist, she stated rudely to my Father, "You need to pay $600." My Father expressed to her that it's been paid in full. Instead of checking with billing, she continued to argue with him, which led me to step up. I told her that the bill was paid in full and she needed to check with billing.
