Dr. K, Just wanted to check in and let you know my back has been better than ever. I've been doing everything you taught me. Stretching my legs 2-3 times daily changed from sitting to a standing desk and some easy strengthening exercises you gave me. Honestly, haven't felt any pain since the major issues and if I ever feel weird at all I just stretch my legs out and the weirdness is gone. Thanks again for the support and seeing me when everyone wanted to cut me open. I will always recommend OMEGA!!
