Their online booking option is not working and i had tried to call them several times and it always go to voicemail. I have tried to call at 10:15 Am, 11:00 Am, 11:30 Am for the past 7 days with no luck. I have left voicemail with my number but no response. You guys open at 10:00 AM, how do you get so busy within 15 minute of opening that you can't receive a call ? You are a business and you probably don't know but how it works is if you miss your clients call you might lose their business.

The staff was very kind an efficient. They addressed my needs immediately and even helped me navigate my eye insurance. I highly recommend them.
The staff and optometrist were friendly and helpful. Also, the location was great. One of my better experiences with a personal appointment! I would recommend using Omega Optical.
