I was stuck in a situation where I had to move out of my place at the last minute and the sales rep, Eileen helped me out tremendously. She actually called movers in on their day off and moved me in the late afternoon. I was very grateful for Omega to go out of their way to help me out. I was completely satisfied with the service.

I want to say that my move went very smoothly, even though I change my plans several times on their company. I am in the military and I kept giving then different dates I was leaving. Omega moving worked with me all the way. They had to loaded me and unload me twice, Elan the owner, held my thing in storage free of charge even though I wasnt sure when I was going. The two guys that were sent over were slow, and I actually had to help them move my stuff, which was infuriating. They disappeared for lunch for over an hour and I was waiting around for them with no idea what happened to my stuff. Maybe I got the 2 worst and laziest workers, but I was completely ripped off by these guys. I just paid the money to make them go away, but from now on I will use better movers.
worst company ever they over charged me and broke 90 percent of my stuff. When i called to make a claim they hung up the phone on me. I would not recomend to anyone.

After our recent experience with Omega, I will never recommend this company to anyone. The crew showed up much later than promised, thus messing up our entire moving day schedule. I was told that there was some issue with the truck over the weekend, and that resulted in the delay. However, someone from Omega called me the evening before to confirm the time for the day of moving. Wouldnt they have known then about the truck issues? In addition, they were supposed to have plenty of wardrobe boxes on the truck for our use. Well... read more
