Moving is never fun, but this move was a disaster from start to finish. I must say, the work crew was very kind, courteous and hard working. A+ for the crew. That being said, I found out after the fact the owner overbooked his company for that period. They did not show up at the scheduled time - first thing in the morning verses late - late in the afternoon. Thus, a pack and move turned into a 4 day fiasco(2 days behind schedule). Ive moved couple of times within US however moving with Omeaga moving & Storage was my worst experience. They broke 80% of my furniture, mattress was also torn, couple of kitchen appliance were lost. Upon delivery I cleared their payment as they promised that it will be all handled by insurace in next two weeks. For all the loss (more than \$5000) they offered my \$150 and upong further discussion, they agreed to double that to \$300. I will not recommend anyone to use Omega Moving and Storage as I found them very unprofessi... read more

First the mover made disgusting comments about my underwear, and then they broke the leg on my entertainment stand and it took Omega almost a month to finally get back to me on the subject. I called numerous times each week only to be directed to a voicemail or to be told that the person I needed to talk to wasnt available. Everytime I would leave my name and number and it took them a month to call me back. I would high NOT recommend this company to anyone

Omega is a company that I would recommend to friends and family. They offered me a great price up front and I did not get any hidden fees, as I have experienced in the past. The sales lady Eileen offered for me to come to office to show me that they were a real moving company and not just someone posting an ad on craiglist. Thanks again Omega. :)

I want to say that my move went very smoothly, even though I change my plans several times on their company. I am in the military and I kept giving then different dates I was leaving. Omega moving worked with me all the way. They had to loaded me and unload me twice, Elan the owner, held my thing in storage free of charge even though I wasnt sure when I was going.
