My relationship with Omega Interventional Pain started in around 2020, when my health insurance changed and I had to find a different clinic to help with the neck injuries I sustained when rear-ended by a semi truck. They don’t explain things to you and when your shadow up to you to your appointment they they’ll you the have discharge you!! With now explanation. And then when you try to talk to the staff they all magically turn rude and want nothing to do with you. I seven try to call backs to talks to some one and in had a women say they will call at the end of the day and nothing.. the woman ¤ the the phone told me NOT TO CALL BACK THERE!!!! How rude is that. Dr Condie is great. I was really scared to come to a pain clinic. I am terrified to be on opioids. I explained this to the dr and we came up with an alternative plan for pain relief. I haven’t felt this good in months. I’m sure happy I found them.

Dr Condie is amazing. He has never once made me feel invalidated or like my pain doesn’t matter. He listens and spends time with me each time I have a visit. Highly recommend.
