Excellent staff. Very caring and accommodating.
Good scanner, nice technologist however front desk had difficulty billing secondary insurance and was telling me that I would need to bill them myself which is something I avoid at all costs. It’s a hassle and there’s no reason because other entities know how to build secondary insurance. In the end, somehow it worked out which I am grateful for however it did cause me a lot of stress.
You will not find a more professional and caring staff than the technicians at this location in Mission Viejo. Consummate Professionals
I was shown into the exam room and assisted onto the bed for the MRI to begin. Twenty minutes later it was done. I left and will find out the results in a few days
