Omega Garage Door Repair is a family owned business that gives you professional, personalized service. The specialist was knowledgeable and explained the issue with our door with the recommended fix. He came back later in the afternoon and completed the job. We felt the price was very reasonable and the job was well done.
Festus came out yesterday and replaced my garage door opener and also fixed additional noises and things. He is a very nice and courteous employee and I admire how fast and good he is at doing his job and completing the installation in a timely manner! The opener is working great and glad to have my garage accessible again!!! Thanks again!!!
Overall service was great. The specialist explained what the issues with our garage door even showed me a pic of the problem from the unit. Replaced the entire unit quickly and even programmed my car to open the garage door. Happy to have a functioning garage door again.
Came out the same day we called, and Festus was absolutely amazing. He explained precisely what needed to be done and why, had it all done in no time, and cleaned everything up afterwards. The door runs more smoothly and quietly than we've ever seen it!
We thought we needed a new sensor for our garage door, a very expensive item, however, the gentlemen that came out to look at the door made some adjustments to the sensor and now it is working great!
