DO NOT USE HIM!! If I could give them gentlemen a zero star review, I would. He placed our fence spring of last year. We contacted him through text numerous times to please come fix some minor issues with the fence. After almost 6 months of trying to contact him, he finally came out and agreed to rebuild the fence free of labor charge if we would just purchase the supplies. DO NOT DO BUSINESS!!! We have been trying for over a year to contact this man about our fence he installed. He agreed to fix the fence free of labor if we purchased the supplies. We gave him a check for supplies, he dropped the wood off in our driveway and has not responded or retuned calls (that was as of July 2016.) My mother is an attorney and has sent him an email stating we are seeking legal action, and Tim still has not returned our calls, replied to our email, or even called us back. Bad Experience. Not good Customer Service.
This is a awesome, honest company. I highly recommend Omega Fence and Deck. And to the person who commented about he subs his jobs out, what is your point? Every company has workers. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. And also, we have had a very rainy spring, so that seems to explain the delay in finishing a fence. I know I wouldn't want anyone doing any projects at my house while it's raining or even muddy. Worst customer service imaginable!!!! Made a mistake and would not admit it. Already rated as an F on Better Business Bureau. Check it out, wish I would have. However, guy he contracted out to do the job did good job and was nice, that is the only positive about the whole situation. Not even worth 1 star on Omega's part. Call the guy he contracts out directly, he has his own business.
