I had complained about my back garden to them 2 weeks ago. Apart from a long email (written in reply to my second email in which I threatened to report them to BBB as my previous email went unanswered) which assured that the VP of this company would come and check my property, she never did. The association is filled of liar and rude people. they never sent me bill, neither email nor phone to inform me about bill. Couple of months ago their online payment portal is not working as well. They kept put delinquency charges on my account where I am not able to reach out my account. Sent couple of email. Their staff never stay permanent. Setup one time online auto payment and one time via email. I have sent all proofs of their faulty system but they never accept their mistakes. they think they are mistake proof and so... read more
Omega Management is by far the most poorly run Management company I have ever dealt with. In particular, *****, lacks any and all customer service skills. I reached out to her in May and it took 6 phone calls, the final to her boss, before I got a response. She finally called, made a bucket load of promises, and then went back to her daily routine of doing nothing for weeks until I contacted her and it was as though she didn't remember our conversation at all.
