Omega services were very poorly communicated. I had to constantly follow up to get updates on parts and installation appointments. Even then they did not order OEM parts but an off brand that did not work. They did not stay to verify any of the repairs actually worked. After 3 separate visits over 1 month I have had to switch to an alternate company because Omega clearly was cutting corners and performing subpar work.

The repair was completed with precision and in a reasonable amount of time.
They are always so nice and professional. LG sends them out whenever I have a problem with my appliances. They actually do their jobs compared to the actual LG technicians.
