Omega was efficient and friendly. The tech diagnosed our washer in less than an hour. Parts only took a few days, and repair was fast. It’s like we have a new washer again.
Ilya and Alex arrived during the two hour window scheduled. We showed them where the HVAC unit was and the thermostat control in the hallway and they promptly began their maintenance inspection. The outdoor unit was thoroughly cleaned along with the area in our attic which holds the heating unit and HVAC. They tested the interior thermostat and checked the blower fan. After the cleaning of the outside unit, the A/C is working much better than it did after the maintenance visits from our former HVAC service vendor.
