The tech was very professional and polite.
Technician was timely, professional and did an amazing job. Explained what the issue was and how long it would take to generate ice. Did an great job explaining refrigerator use that I never received when delivered
Do not use. They misdiagnosed my washer as broken, when it was the outlet. Bought a new washer and have to use an extension cord to another outlet. $1000 later for new washer and threw out a perfectly good one.
Alex was the technician working with my fridge. He went above and beyond. He showed up in the time window, he is very knowledgeable and professional. Alex is highly recommended.
From begging to end, great service. From diagnostics, to parts ordered, came to install parts on a Sunday too. Very professional! Would recommend them to anyone!
