Have been going to this salon for maybe 3 years now, and they do a nice job. But we’re not going back because I don’t understand why they bother having you make an appointment if they don’t honor it. We made an appointment because we had a time constraint and this was the day we planned ahead of time to get our pedicures. They didn’t even have empty seats in the pedicure area to have us to wait and lots of people were still waiting with no technician. Vivian is amazing and always does a great job. She always does exactly what I ask her to when I ask for specific designs. My hands and feet always feel amazing and refreshed. They are always beautiful!!🤩
