Front office staff, especially the scheduler is very rude. After administering nerve tests, they had a mini conference in the corner of the room and without telling me anything, shuffled me out the door. No one said word one about the MRI that 'was scheduled'. Can't knock on the glass to get anyone's attention or they will rudely point to their sign 'do not to knock on the glass' and talk trash about you while you stand there.
