3/20/26: Update - I increased my rating from 1 to 5 stars because Omaha steaks voluntarily gave me a considerable credit for the lateness of my orders which I was able to gift to the family & friends that received their gifts late. That is much appreciated. December 2025: I recently placed multiple orders and decided that for $39.95 I would join the rewards program. Omaha Steaks should be ashamed of themselves, for the way you treated Omaha and other local restaurants!! I will never buy a single things from them again!! I know a Omaha restaurant that was loyal for 30 years! They got a Text message letting them know, they no longer had a partner in Omaha Steaks!! Ridiculous!!
Our son sent us a box from Omaha Steaks this Christmas. We won't tell him but it was very disappointing. We were looking forward to enjoying the quality products displayed on Omaha Steak commercials. Fell far short of expectations. Steaks were sub par and small portion. Have had better tasting steaks from local grocery store. Burgers were no better than Bubba's burgers. Chicken portions were very small same as Perdue's in flavor at twice the price. Hot Dogs were just ok for Hot Dogs. We will say the apple desert was the best... read more
What happened to OSI?? My last order came without half my order with NO shipping or packing list. Looked like the box had been opened and retaped. Customer service is hard to get a hold of on the phone and thier internets sight can't find my email account. Really disappointed. I will not be ordering from this company again.
