My husband and I were staying at the embassy for our anniversary we decided to order room service it took the guy forever to get up to our room the lady messed up a cosmo and a old fashioned and gave my husband an attitude when he asked for a refund and when she remade it it was even worse then before it definitely wasn’t worth the $30 they charged us I could have gotten better drinks elsewhere for cheaper

Thank you for your comments. We strive to please every guest and ask for an opportunity to make it right when you are not satisfied. Cynthia remade the drinks as requested and she even asked your husband to taste his to make sure he liked it. He left with both drinks. When you contacted the Front desk to request a refund, you were asked by the front desk manager to simply return the drinks to the bar as the charge was run thru the restaurant. You never brought the drinks back and we attempted to retrieve them from your room ... read more
Hamburger meat is better at McDonald’s.....that’s how bad it was.

One of the best steak dinners in Central Florida...
Good food, great service, but a little bit pricey.
