Being a former employee, I was able to see inner workings of this office. The care is phenomenal and personal. I learned so much about the field of optometry and what is necessary to do as I become a doctor myself. Although issues rose through management, I still carried a smile through the patients and staff I met here.
If I have a problem they get me in. Staff is nice and very helpful. Dr. K is thorough.
What has happened? I to recommend Omaha Primary Eyecare because they seemed to care about patients as individual. At my last appointmen, everyone was new. The doctor entered the room, said hello without looking at me, and went straight to the computer. I asked about past prescriptions, and she said she’d “look through all this and see if she’d find the information“ if I wanted her to. Don‘t doctors look through records as part of the appointment?
