I called due to a leaking kitchen sink drain pipe. They came early the next morning, as promised. The job was a challenge but they finished quickly and the repair was done very well. No mess left behind. Very satisfied!

Jeremiah with OCB came out and cleared my floor drain last night. They did a great job, were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend. Also, he should get a raise.
These guys rock! They refused to accept a damaged appliance NFM was trying to have them deliver and install. When I found out I sourced the same model from another store (saved big money), the OCB guys were flexable and agreed to come install my new appliance anyway! Customer service was super nice and I felt they were genuinely bummed for me when my original appliance fell through.
