RecommendedI always wanted to try yoga but was hesitant. I went with a girlfriend and was instantly hooked. All of the instructors were so helpful and kind. They all made me feel welcome and helped me make modifications since I was a beginner. I don't plan to stop going!
As I have been to this studio a few times and it has been nothing short of amazing! The schedule for the classes are flexible and it really targets beginners. The studio is always clean, the staff are friendly, and the classes are affordable. I recommend this studio to anyone looking for fun and good yoga!
I love OM yoga! The classes are so great (whether hot or not heated) and the instructors are very welcoming. I always leave excited to come back for another class!
I am a new student and have felt very welcomed. The environment is very relaxing and the instructors are fabulous! Would definitely recommend to other people. I am a newbie to yoga and am not as coordinated as some but I was encouraged that it was about my personal growth and goals.
Om got me started again after years away from yoga. Now, after several months of inactivity due to several surgeries - I cannot WAIT to get back. Will have to start with Deep Stretch and work my way back - but I have loved every class I have taken there.
I just moved here and I’m so happy to find a studio to practice yoga. Yoga is such a personal experience and finding a place that you feel part of the yoga family is so important to me. The minute I walked into OM studio in Tega Cay I knew I had found my new studio. Everyone I’ve met has been so inviting and friendly and really cares about my experiences at the studio. My experience yesterday was awesome, I live in California and do yoga often there! Here visiting and they were very welcoming...Randolph I think is his name, He really makes you learn the art of yoga doesn’t let you cheat I love that!
I love how welcoming the studio and staff is. They really know how to give you what you need every class. The studio is super clean and the teachers are always willing to help with any questions after class. I’m very happy I found om.
