I recommend any of the classes. Maria , the owner only hires top notch instructors. Be prepared to work hard and maybe sweat, yet find balance with mindfulness that separates a fitness class from active strength and stamina building yoga.
This studio is full of wonderful instructors and so many different class options for you to decide what you need. I highly recommend to anyone, with any skill level, looking for ways to improve their movement or breathing.
I started my yoga journey at Om 6 mos ago and the experience has been amazing. The teachers are all excellent and friendly. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The community is like family here. Om is a fantastic place to practice no matter your skill level.
Maria is the best. The perfect yoga studio.

I’ve been looking for place to advance my yoga practice. And this is it! While it offers to all levels, I really like to challenge myself with Rocket, there is a lot of room to grow for me in this type of practice, and the teachers are very supportive and welcoming.
I love the classes. they push me and also allow me to recenter myself. the cool lavender towels at the end make the whole experience!
