Have attended yoga basics with April and hot vinyasa with Rachel and loved the classes. Both instructors give each student individual attention to improve their posture and poses throughout the classes. You feel very welcomed with staff and the studio is very clean and an excellent place to practice yoga.
Buffy is a wonderful teacher. With her great passion for Yoga and her patience in dealing with people like me, I cannot say enough good things about how much she has helped me. It is amazing to see how much I have progressed, and Buffy has been a big help in my journey. Thank you SO much !!

Om Yoga is my most favorite place to teach and practice. I love everyone there! Love the studio and the owner is one of the most amazing people ever to come into my life! I would and do recommend this studio for beginners and advanced yogis!!!!
