Due to an insurance switch, they are the nearest dental location who participate in my plan, so this was my 1st visit.while I was waiting in the lobby, Maria the staff member kept me updated on how much longer the wait would be. The waiting room and the treatment room are clean and organized for the most part. The only con for me is that Maria put on her gloves, yet would walk into another room. Hello everyone, Hi I was so nervous for my root canal but Maria made me feel so relaxed and comfortable . I would recommend everyone to please visit Dr Hitesh Shah. Doctor did my root canal in very systematic, comfortable and best possible way . Again thank you so much for being so kind to specially patient like me who is so nervous . Room , equipments etc were very clean . Once again thank you so much to Dr Shah and Maria.

Edit - I got email from OM dental office, threatening to sue/legal action if I dont take this review down. Not only this my new dentist also sent email to this team and they didnt respond until I told to raise issue with my insurance company. Finally after 2 weeks I was able to get my x-rays copies and share to my new dentist. I hardly put any bad reviews for any one unless they are absolutely worst(check my other reviews). Very kind and helpful staff! Dr. Shah goes above and beyond for his patients. I had a toothache over the weekend and he answered my emergency phone call right away. Even though it was his day off, he still opened up the office and was able to help me get out of pain. I will recommend OM Dental Care PC to all my family and friends.
