RecommendedProperty management is extremely professional and responsive to all inquiries. Amenities are nice and kept up/cleaned daily. Appreciate free monthly spray service to protect against insects.. Walking distance to movie theater, yogurt shop, coffee place, brewery, etc. at Gilbert Town Square (across from Civic Center) at S. Gilbert & Warren. Very safe community and extremely pet-friendly.

RecommendedI love this place! I’ve been here for 2+ years now. The maintenance is excellent, amenities are great & I love the office staff! Everyday Gentry & Jenn give my pup Chubs little treats! 🐶 ♥️ Pretty sure she loves it there just as much as I do!

RecommendedI love Cape House Apartments! A lot of the residents are very friendly. In my opinion, It’s a quiet community & safe. The maintenance crew is always coming in a timely manner & are very helpful. I love that cape house is always coming out with new events and giveaways! Shoutout to valet trash for picking up our trash 5 days out of the week they work hard! I love it here ❤️
