In February, our unit had very serious black mold problems. I immediately went to action and cleaned with bleach, scrubbed it, and even painted the windowsill to try killing it. My boyfriend suffered a serious allergic reaction to the mold which now requires him to use an emergency inhaler as well as a twice daily inhaler in order to breathe. RecommendedWe moved in 2 months ago and it has been great!! The staff Elise and Kayla are great and are always ready to help with anything. It's nice to have a beautiful courtyard with hammocks and lots of outdoor furniture and an outdoor TV over the bar. We also appreciate having an on-site storage unit and having our cars covered from the weather in the attached parking garage!! It's a great quite place to live downtown. ❤🌈
Please do not move here. Understaffed. My mother, who is 67 years old, has dealt with so much from this place. They violated so many practices. Then wanted her to sign a release form letting them get away with their bad behavior-so she could get out of the lease without owing thousands of dollars! Then, they reverse their waiver of late fees and try to reject her 30 day notice! There are so many other places to live in Nashville that will treat you like a human! I love Olympus! The apartments are spacious and sleek looking, the maintenance crew is very quick to help and the free pest control is a great perk. I love the covered parking garage, its always nice to have a spot in Midtown. The staff at Olympus are the best. I moved into Olympus Midtown back in June. My roommate and I had looked at a ton of different places, but what ultimately sealed our decision was the wonderful staff at Olympus. Elise and Emily have gone above and beyond to make sure we're comfortable and welcomed. When we had to care for our friend's dogs for two months they were more than accommodating and pleasant throughout the entire experience. Moved to Olympus Midtown in September and can’t say enough about how great Emily, Elise, Antwione & Alex are. We moved to Nashville and rented without touring the community and couldn’t be happier here. I think my dogs love Emily and Elise more than me. Apartment is awesome, modern well kept and we have great access to local restaurants and downtown is just steps away. If you are looking for an awesome place look no further.
Awesome apartment living experience, convenient location to everything in Nashville, amazing management and maintenance staff. Would definitely recommend living here.
