The new management here at Somerset is HORRIBLE, she always has an attitude and seems very unapproachable!. I'm on the lease but was told by the manager that I am not and she can only speak to the lease holder. Again I AM on the lease, I was also shown proof of this by the leasing agent. RecommendedThis is the 2nd time I’ve lived here. I’ve never had an issue. Management is great! They’re very friendly And helpful. Maintenance is always arriving in a timely manner. I highly recommend living here.
RUN, RUN FAR, RUN FAST!! They trick you into what you are getting by showing you a model but the apartment that you will get is NOTHING like the one you are shown. If the apartment you are given is anything like ours, it won't be clean, it smells and they will tell you that they will fix it. It takes them 2 weeks or more to fix issues that you have. I even talked with the property manager who is just someone on a power trip. We have resided in the apartment for 3 weeks and will be moving out ASAP. They are also requiring us ... read more

Fix issues in a timely matter especially washers, during a pandemic.
Overall not great. Before I moved in I was quoted for a 14 month lease. I moved cities to get here and on move in day I assumed we were going with the 14 month lease like we had discussed, nope. They pulled a fast one on me and signed me up for the $200 more expensive 12 month lease. Started off not great and into month 9 still not great
