Elise and Emily have been extremely helpful, flexible and professional during my time at Olympus. They have made this renting experience a 5/5 for me by going above and beyond to work with my schedule during purchasing a home. The maintenance staff has always been very quick to respond to my requests as well. I would definitely recommend Olympus.
The staff is exceptional, calls you by name, and is super friendly. Also, the maintenance has responded in less than 24 hours to every request. I know that a toddler lives next door and a dog above me because I have met the families in the hallway or at an apartment meet and greet (which is wonderful because who doesn't love free food and drinks, duh), but I haven't ever actually been disturbed by either. Olympus Midtown could have been nice but is horribly mismanaged (and was under the previous owners as well). I was woken up by random fire alarm malfunctions in the middle of the night at least a few times a year, causing extreme distress for my cats and causing the residents of the building to evacuate. The workmanship at the apartment was also generally shoddy, especially given how outrageously expensive it was.
