One of the WORST insurance carriers to deal with. April International, Olympus Managed Health and Global Excel appear to be the same company or they are so tightly intertwined they may as well be. If you call Global Excel you get the exact same reps on the phone that you do when you call April International and even though the recording says April International the reps will tell you they are from Olympus Managed Health.
