I recently moved into Olympus at ten mile. It's a very nice place to live, Kristina & Ryan are the best, they make a good team, the office is always clean & filled with drinks/snacks.
Olympus at Ten Mile has been such a great place for our family. We moved from overseas about a year ago and have come to love the place. The place is kept clean and neighbors are friendly. There’s a playground, clubhouse, and a gas station/ convenience store. It’s a 2 minute drive to Scheels or 20 minute walk. It’s also a 5 minute drive to an Albertsons and Walgreens or a 10 minute drive to Walmart. Lastly, a 15 minute drive to The Village (mall) or target. I've lived at a few apartment complexes before and this is by far the most well managed one. The environment always feels safe and everything is well maintained. Ryan is always on top of everything! Kristina, the new resident manager, is always coming up with different giveaways and great events to bring the community together. Some of which include a Halloween door decorating contest, decorating christmas cookies with your kids, and even an upcoming valentines giveaway. My family has been at Olympus for a year and a half and have nothing but positive things to say. We have a great leasing office that looks after the residents and our maintenance man Ryan is as good as they come with his attentiveness and diligence. Love raising my family here..this is home.
Lived here for just about a year now and I love everything about this place! Definitely a 5 star place to live
