If you’re thinking about renting here, I suggest u look elsewhere!! I lived here at Olympus Ten Mile for almost year. I had a very disappointing experience with Kristina the property manager. There was a clear lack of professionalism and respect for me. At the time, I was renting a room from Kristina. She allowed a personal friend to stay on the property multiple occasions, sometimes exceeding more then a month at a time, which created an uncomfortable and unprofessional living environment. I did tour here with Kristina, was very friendly. Answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed like i did other places. Very clean and one of my top contenders so far! :-)

Absolutely love these apartments & the team of people who run it! Kristina, the property manager, is always very accommodating to whatever we need and always finds a way to go above & beyond! Ryan, the maintenance man, is wonderful! He’s always super on top of things and always makes you feel like your problem is his problem, even the smallest things! He’s amazing at his job!
