By far the most unsafe apartment I have lived in. Multiple car break ins for multiple residents (including multiple thefts of the garage clickers), mail thefts, yet management refuses to do anything to help the situation. Safe yourself the hassle and give yourself a peace of mind by living in a different apartment complex in the area. This is just not worth the hefty price tag that comes with it.
Great staff and HUGE apartments! Funny how people in Seattle never think that rents should go up. This IS Seattle, right?
