Purchased 2 trailers, will purchase another! Great company to work with!
I purchased two trailers from Olympic and was happy with both. There were a few things on the second trailer, that I wasn't overly happy about, but it was not something they did, it was the manufacture. I still have one issue that I need to take it back in, but its not anything major. I dealt with Gary on both my trailers and who he is I go to. I would recommend them. I can not say anything about the installation of hitches and such. Gary Wells
Bought a flatbed trailer from Olympic a few years ago, it was quick and easy. Even got a pretty deal. Now fast forward to a few months ago, walked in with cash wanting to buy a dump trailer. There was absolutely 0 negotiating with this guy on price. Having cash and being a return customer you think there would at least be a small discount. Instead of negotiating the man began down talking the other big tex trailer I was comparing theirs to. After trying to get a quote for a trailer from multiple places, I contacted Olympic Trailer. Craig was awesome to deal with. I drew him a rough sketch of the layout that I wanted and after going up there to put my deposit down, he showed me my options in person. We made a couple of changes, he informed me that my trailer would be ready in 30 days, he contacted me 26 days later, I picked it up and it was exactly as we had designed. Recommend Olympic Trailer to everyone!
Amazing customer service!!! I had a sudden need for a part that we didn't even know existed before today. Olympic Trailer Sales staff hand-made what I needed and had it finished within my commute time to get there. They were completely awesome and saved me in multiple ways!!! Will definitely shop there anytime I need truck or trailer components. Thank you.
