AMAZING to deal with. Gary was very knowledgeable and on top of it. bought a car and a utility trailer. found what I wanted, did financing, signed the papers, they stacked one on the other and was back on the road in about a hour. best, fastest and easiest transaction I have ever made. highly recommend. excellent selection of trailers. Bought a trailer here last week. Not only did I save around 1k vs buying up North, I saved time too. Talked to Lindy on the phone just before they closed. I asked them to add some stab Jack's and tie downs. The stab Jack's were done by the time I arrived the next day. They waited on the tie downs until I arrived so I could show exactly where I wanted them. They had them in within 10 minutes of me showing them. Also added a spare tire and holder at the same time. Bought a 2016 PJ 14' car trailer model C4142 from Olympic in June of 2016 - Very good inventory, parts and service. Have hauled many a load with it. Must say the powder coat paint on PJ trailers is outstanding and thick as heck. Just cut and modified the front rack and was surprised at the thickness and toughness of the finish. PJ must rotisserie the build and paint.
They do sell a quality trailer but if you even need replacement parts like a remote I highly recommend going to the internet! I bought the same remote dump kid on eBay for $169 that they are selling for $250 and it came with a remote cord and pigtail! So for $169 I got the same thing Olympic is selling for $448. Way to take care of your customers!
